Privacy Policy
1. About Us
Tiny Orbit Games is an independent game studio that develops and publishes free-to-play mobile games. Our games range from titles designed for very young children to games intended for older audiences. This single, unified Privacy Policy governs all of our titles. Where a specific title has age-appropriate restrictions or additional considerations, those are noted within the game itself.
2. Information We Collect
We do not directly collect or store personal information on our own servers. However, certain information may be collected automatically by the device, the platform, or third-party services integrated into our games:

- Usage and gameplay data – session length, in-game events, feature interactions, progress
- Crash and diagnostic data – error logs, app performance data
- IP address – used for approximate location and fraud prevention
- Advertising identifiers – e.g. Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple IDFA, subject to your device settings and consent choices
- Platform account data – if you sign in via Google Play Games or a similar platform, we may receive your public profile information (display name, player ID) as permitted by that platform
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information directly.

5. Children's Privacy
We develop games for a wide range of audiences, including games specifically designed for young children (including children under the age of 13). We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Google Play Families Policy, and equivalent regulations worldwide.
For games designated as directed at children or rated for very young audiences:
- We do not serve interest-based or behavioural advertising
- Only certified, child-appropriate ad SDKs are used (where ads are shown at all)
- We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13
- Advertising identifiers are not used for tracking or personalisation in child-directed titles
- Social or multiplayer features requiring account sign-in are not included in child-directed titles
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through one of our games, please contact us immediately at tinyorbit.studio.games@gmail.com and we will take prompt action.
6. Advertising and Consent
For games that include advertising aimed at general or older audiences, we or our advertising partners may use your advertising identifier and device data to serve personalised ads. Where required by law (for example, in the EU/EEA under GDPR, or in certain US states), you will be presented with a consent dialogue before any personalised advertising or tracking begins.
You can manage your advertising preferences at any time by:
- Resetting or limiting your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads)
- Opting out through the in-game settings or consent screen where available
- Contacting us directly at tinyorbit.studio.games@gmail.com
7. Log Data
When errors occur in our games, we may automatically collect log data via third-party tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics). This log data may include your IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration at the time of the error, and the date and time of the incident. This data is used solely for debugging and improving game stability.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
Our games themselves do not use cookies. However, third-party SDKs embedded in our games may use cookies or similar local storage technologies to support their services. These are governed by the respective third-party privacy policies listed in Section 4.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:
- With trusted service providers – strictly for analytics, advertising, and crash reporting as described in this policy
- Legal compliance – if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
- Business transfers – in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via an update to this policy
10. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Crash logs and analytics data are generally retained for no longer than 12 months. Data held by third-party services is subject to their own retention policies.
11. International Users
Tiny Orbit Games is operated globally. If you are located outside Pakistan, your data may be processed and stored on servers in other jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our games, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy wherever it is processed.
